I’ll begin by saying, “Thank you with all of my heart.”I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if we wouldn’t have met you. By the grace of God, you came to us in our darkest hour, when the burden and despair of losing our home to foreclosure were on our doorstep.
With your knowledge and expertise of the various programs available to homeowners in trouble with their mortgage, you gave us hope. You took us through each step explaining what was going on and what would happen next. You made us feel that we weren’t battling against the big bad mortgage company alone.
I know there are a lot of families in the same situation we were in. I wish I could broadcast your name to them. You became our voice and advocate in dealing with the mortgage company. You successfully priced, marketed, showed our home and stayed by our side every step of the way until it was sold.  
With all the red tape you have to deal with on the federal programs, selling and buying a regular home must seem quite simple to you. Either way, you’re a knight in shining armour. I seriously don’t know what we would’ve donewithout you. I continue to recommend you to everyone as a small token of our thanks and appreciation for all your help.

The words in this letter will never be able to express my sincere gratitude for your patience and support during this very trying time of my life. Fourteen months ago I saw an ad in the local paper and decided it was time that I called someone to try and help me to keep my home from going into foreclosure. My home was set to sell on October 1, 2010, when I called you it was September 22, 2010.  You promptly showed up on Thursday23, and my house was listed online by midnight Friday the24th. Seven days later I had the first of nine contracts on my home. I know that you were sent by God.
